Basic Consultation and Partial Planning or Month-of Package
Are you the classic DIY couple or natural planner but need someone to bounce ideas off of? Need little reminders, lists, help thinking of things you had not thought of before? Have you already snagged that perfect venue and outfit? This service may include A la Carte Services such as travel and lodging coordination, menu management, layout and design, custom print or marketing materials design, floral arrangements, bridal showers, baby showers, family activities, customized decorations, and rehearsal dinners. Events expecting over 60 guests should anticipate a Day-of Assistant Surcharge of an additional $20 per hour, limited to the day of the event, only.

Event Design and Layout
Selecting a decor theme, floor plan layout design, working with the venue, ordering supplies, crafting decorations, installation and take down.

Day of Coordination
Do you need someone to jump in and tackle all of the details day of? How about vendor coordination, so that you can relax and get to enjoying your day? This option has a minimum of 6 hours. All Day of Packages are by the hour and include a complimentary venue site visit, unlimited phone calls/text, and couples’ consultation. If the service is estimated at 8 hours or more, a free rehearsal is included. If the service is estimated at 10 hours or greater, a complimentary “day of agenda” is also included. Events expecting over 60 guests should anticipate a Day-of Assistant Surcharge of an additional $20 per hour, limited to the day of the event, only.
Full Service Planning and Production
Appropriate for estimated event budgets over $20,000. Starting at around 10% of the event budget, I am here to help with just about everything, no matter what it is. Add the option to buy out my time exclusively. Events expecting over 60 guests should anticipate a Day-of Assistant Surcharge of an additional $20 per hour, limited to the day of the event, only.
